We were extremely pleased with choosing this hotel. The location was perfect to visit the city and it was not immediately in the touristy area but close to it. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The hotel and room were very clean and met all of our needs. Their breakfast was great and there are some good restaurants in the area within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the room was very warm when we arrived. We tried adjusting the thermostat but could not read Czech however the front desk can control the temperature in each room and it worked out fine.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and in am amazing location close to the old town but yet the metro aswell. Rooms modern and well furnished. Breakfast excellent with something for everyone including great coffee or prosecco!!! Would visit again if coming to Prague

Great hotel, great location! We stayed here for a short city break. Staff very attentive, Prosecco on arrival was great. Short walk to astronomical clock. Room was really nice and comfy, plenty of space and really clean. Breakfast was amazing, all kinds if different food to cater for every need. It was also ly wife's birthday while we were there and they had arranged a table with a card and chocolates at breakfast which was a nice touch. Overall, great location, great room, great staff!

Amazing Hotel. Excellent reception staff that were very professional. Bedroom was spotless with coffee machine and water provided. Very clean bathroom with power shower and toiletries provided. Great location for all the sites. We would highly recommend this Hotel if visiting prague City centre. All the staff are very polite and professional. The Dutch bar across the road is brilliant for beers and food and great service. 👍

The Michaelangelo Hotel Grand Hotel Prague was a great choice for my 'girls trip' away! We were a group of six who bagged adjoining rooms (helpful to keep the group aligned). The rooms were large and stacked with complimentary toiletries. Probably could have avoided bringing toiletries along with us! We were also super impressed with the coffee machine in the room...a great pre-breakfast treat! Beds were comfy... rooms were clean and a decent temperature. Breakfast was amazing! For those who like luxuries there was caviar and cava on offer! The freshly squeezed OJ was amazing and there was plenty of contentental and cooked options. Honestly, the whole group were impressed and the brekkie kept us topped up a while past lunch! Top tip, we were hoping to go on the 'free City tour'. It only runs from 10pm so you must be up, ready and at the meeting point. The hotels location is fantastic and we didn't need to use public transport at all. Winner!!!! It's about 20mins from the airport- we booked a transfer via holidayextras before our arrival which l feel was good value. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
